I bought a PowerA enhanced wired controller and my issue is when I plug it into the docked switch (to play fortnite on tv rather than handheld) and plug in my headphones or headset into the controller, my friends can barely hear me, like I’m very far away.
No issue when I plug in my earphones or headset directly in the switch to play in handheld mode.
Weird thing is my friend just got the same controller and is having exactly the same issue.
