More generally I'm not sure Odyssey will have the fashion hunter appeal of other RPGs with cosmetic options. Mario's body type is more bobblehead than human, so I'm not sure how much cool teen edge lord clothing that will permit me. Presumably none given that Mario is canonically 23.
Psalms 22:16 (1,000 yrs before Christ)
They pierced My hands and feet
Isaiah 53:5 (700 yrs before Christ)
He was pierced for our transgressions
Zachariah 12:10 (500 yrs before Christ)
They will look on Me whom they pierced
To be fair, resolution is a big part of that. 3D Land is actually a pretty great looking title for what it is, but compared to a console worthy title that has a far better resolution, Odyssey is a massive upgrade, especially when shown as a screenshot online.
@Dev Definitely the best handheld graphics-wise. And although it has some fantastic games, we'll have to wait and see if it can match up to other Nintendo handhelds.

@sillygostly Do you have any evidence? Because I have a hard time believing a DS game was more than $60, especially in 2004.
I'm referring to the Australian price. The full retail price of Super Mario 64 DS (and most DS games for that matter) was AU$69.95. Super Mario 64 DS was almost never on sale. Super Mario Odyssey retails for AU$79.95, however, most game vendors (except for EB Games aka GameSpot) will be selling it for $69, if not less, as department stores usually provide generous discounts at launch, and scarcely sell major releases at full retail price.
In the mid 00s, most AAA releases carried a full retail price of $99.95, if not up to $119.95. Upon the release of the Wii U, the Australian dollar was much stronger (certainly a lot stronger than it is now), and Nintendo launched Wii U games at a more stomachable AU$79.95 retail price. By the end of the Wii U's life, some games (particularly niche titles) have been priced at a slightly higher AU$89.95, such as Xenoblade Chronicles X and Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE. This pricing continues with the Switch, however pricing is all over the place for physical releases, with the cheapest being AU$39.95, and the most expensive (for a standard release) so far being AU$89.95, however, some third party publishers may opt to price their games at AU$99.95 instead.
I worry that every time I see a gameplay trailer, it seems like every control prompt that comes up on screen is "shake the joy-con to do this" "shake the joy-con to do that"... I'm assuming the waggle can be completely turned off right (especially in handheld mode)?
@Dezzy Have they got a 65 million install base though? How many of those sales are people buying multiple consoles like when the New 3DS was announced or limited edition consoles? Also how many have now moved onto the Switch or about to make that move? I don't think the 3DS community is anywhere near as active as it once was.
