Okay, so it seems we'll be getting a new Mario Kart game for the Switch. In the trailer we saw Yoshi's Island which is a course that's been used three times already, but we also so the two players having two items at the same time, which isn't possible in Mario Kart 8. One of the players was also using Boo as their character. Do you guys think this is a new Mario Kart game or a port with some overhauls?

Well welcome back old friend I guess. Gonna be redownloading this on Switch 2 now cause world is ruined for me. In the words of a wise man, thanks Nintendo!

I just wanted to say this real quick: Now that I've put in a decent amount of time with World, I've come to conclusion that 8 is the better game by far. Does anyone else feel the same way? 8 is still peak Mario Kart IMO. There's stuff I like about World, but a lot I do not like either. Frankly I'm a little disappointed considering we waited a literal decade(!) for the follow up to 8 and this is what we got..

I will say that if you could do traditional 3 lap races online I would like World quite a bit more. Hopefully at some point they will update the game so we can do that.
