Topic: Is anyone able to order from my Nintendo Store?

I'm trying to order from My Nintendo Store with points and on the last screen it wont allow me to proceed as the "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT" button is not an actual button on the website as in there is no button there, just an image. I've tried multiple computers on multiple browsers and contacted Nintendo but I assume their ability to use the website is as bad as it is in my work as in nobody has training on it or even access.

There is incompetence and then there is this. Less than 60 seconds and the online chat cuts out. I thought my workplace was bad but I guess not lol

I tried to order the new controller and couldn't get to payment section as well as my address wouldn't take.
