Every time I get paid between this upcoming Wednesday and Christmas I will give away a random code for an Indie darling. I am starting this off with a 3-month Individual Nintendo Online code:
C056PD59514GPKGC
Have fun! For the games I may do fun Nintendo Trivia questions and the first correct answer wins. (You can only win once)
Future gifts will be DM'd direct to the winner of the Trivia Question. This was the only free for all lol.
No problem I want to spread some 2019 Indie love, games in which I feel are amazing titles that many didn't give a second glance at due to the cost of paying for an unknown game. Many feel more comfortable spending their video game money on 1st party Nintendo titles than on Katana Zero for example.
Also I love giving back to the community of my life long favorite hobby. I remember being a gamer growing up and the real struggle to afford games or to step out of my comfort zone with which games to purchase.
@StableInvadeel
I was not aware of no Private Messaging system. Wouldn't have really been a contest just a way to prevent one person from using all the codes. This makes things tricky
If this thread stays up, that's very kind of you @Old_Man_Nintendo. The world needs kindness, as we all know. saying this very, VERY early but happy holidays
@NintendoByNature
Thank you for your kind words. I am wondering if an @admin could reach out to me and I could work out a way to get them the codes and distribute them in a fair way be it trivia questions or whatever idea they would like
I've reached out to Nintendo Life staff and if they can help me facilitate this by me providing them the codes and then distributing them in a fair way the four games I would donate a digital code for after the following:
Ape Out
Katana Zero
My Friend Pedro
Untitled Goose Game
I want to spread some joy but also expose the winners to four of the best Indie titles to hit the Switch in 2019
I'm actually kind of pleasantly surprised that this thread isn't locked yet, and there are definitely some nice games in that list that I might want to have a go at, so I'll be keeping an eye on how things will go here.
'The console wars are like boobs: Sony and Microsoft fight over which ones look the nicest and Nintendo's are the most fun to play with.'
I'd imagine this could work if the winner had Facebook or Twitter. You could announce the winner here and ask the questions, but DM the code on social media. That's my opinion, but wait for a few others as well.
