And now for something nobody has heard of: Lost Mind of Dr. Brain, an edutainment title by Sierra made decades ago that would be perfect for Handhelds touchscreens. But unfortunately, Knowledge Adventure bought the franchise in a Sierra asset fire sale, and ruined it.
It's honestly kind of funny that P5 is the only mainline entry now without a handheld edition like the PSP remakes of Persona 1 and Persona 2 IS/EP, Persona 3 Portable or Persona 4 Golden.
I'd personally like to see games like Elder Scrolls III and IV, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Jet Set Radio and Radio Future, Nier Automata since I loved it on Steam, the Yakuza 0 and the Kiwami remakes, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax because god forbid they ever put a mainline title on something that isn't PlayStation or PC, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, a remaster of Mahvel 2 baby, the first two Marvel Ultimate Alliance games b/c UA3 left a bad taste in my mouth, No More Heroes 1 and 2, Devil May Cry 4 SE since DMC5 is likely way too taxing if RE7 Cloud Edition was any indication, Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, and Metal Gear Solid HD Collection
@RPGamer
I am the opposite here.
I only play appropriate games for kids and teenager when i was young.
My games when i was Primary student was NES games such as Mario games, Mappy, B-Wings, Tiny Toon Adventures, etc. I played the SNES games with my cousin such as Street Fighter 2, Super Mario World, Tiny Toons Wacky Sports, etc.
My games when we got PS1 on 1998 (I was a teenager) such as Magical Drop 3, FF VIII, FF IX, Dance Dance Revolution 3rd Mix, Bishi Bashi Special 2, Hello Kitty Cube Frenzy, Pepsiman, Punky Skunk, etc.
I played these games when we got PS2 on 2002 : FF X, FF X-2, Dance Dance Revolution games, Harvest Moon a Wonderful Life, The Sims Bustin' Out, K-1, etc.
My gaming taste still didn't changed at all.
As Wii and NDS released, my gaming reference get evolved by addition of girly games on those machines. Since then, i tend to play girly games as they are more interesting than boyish games.
Well, the games are such as Cooking Mama, StyleSavvy, Nintendogs, any cute games toward female gamers.
As i grew up, i really hate every single rated 18+ games. They are very disgusting for me to see. I hate blood, gore, sadistic violences, explicit sex, dark themes, satanic games, foul languages, cigarettes, etc. They are pure toxin for me, no benefits whatsoever, not even an entertainment, they are products of sin.
I am not really a religious people but i have been educated by Christian religion for 12 years since Primary until Senior High School, got educated by Buddha religion as i live in my house and when i was college student. Being educated with religion when i was young made me have awareness with the games i choose, so i tend to choose games that still looks safe to watch and don't have very controversial topics.
I felt happy and very lucky to be born with very opposite of gaming style from typical adult male gamers. I tend to call myself as girly gamer rather than male gamer.
@RPGamer I think the thing is that even dating back to when I was 6 or 7 I was allowed to have multiple consoles in my household so as a result I naturally opened myself up to all different types of genres. Back then I had a DS, a PSP, a PS3 and a Wii, and that was before getting a PS4 and Vita long before I got my Switch
Growing up I was definitely raised on PlayStation franchises more so than Nintendo stuff which is probably partially why I did end up exposing myself to more mature titles like God of War, Devil May Cry, Shin Megami Tensei and Uncharted well before I even started taking an interest in stuff like Zelda or Mario

Planet Coaster would be great to have as a handheld for short play sessions. I'm not sure the Switch could handle it though.
I'd to see some more short arcade action style games too. Crazy Taxi, Injustice 2, Dead or Alive Volleyball, Marvel vs. Capcom and Chu Chu Rocket will do from the top of my head.
I've said something like this before, but Super Mario 3D World would be perfect for the Switch. It's more of a pick-up-and-play kind of game than Super Mario Odyssey (don't get me wrong, I love Odyssey as well), and it's got some really creative levels and power-ups. A sequel would be preferable, but I'm perfectly fine with a port from the Wii U. More people deserve to play this awesome game, anyway.
I wouldn't mind seeing the Sonic Advance trilogy on the Switch, either, but I feel they should be remade in some way. Fix up some levels so they don't have as much cheap deaths, up the resolution to HD (I'm okay with seeing the original pixel art though!), and make the Chaos Emeralds much less of a hassle to get. (In other words, make the criteria to entering special stages more like that of the Genesis games.) Other than those issues, I enjoyed the SA trilogy back in the GBA days. They all had their own things going for it (like the team-up mechanic in Sonic Advance 3), and I certainly enjoyed them a lot more than say, Sonic 4.
@MarioLover92 The Advance games definitely need to be cleaned up presentation wise. Some of the sprites look kind of disgusting by today's standards
For other GBA titles I'd love to see Metroid Zero Mission, Castlevania Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance & Aria of Sorrow, Advance Wars and Golden Sun

@TheFrenchiestFry I love Metroid: Zero Mission as well, it's easily one of the best Metroid games. I wanna get the GBA Castlevania games at some point too. I've enjoyed Advance Wars too, I've played the first one on the Wii U VC and Dual Strike. Never played Golden Sun, but I've heard about it countless times via Nintendo Power and word of mouth. I heard it's really good.
I really want a Capcom Vs. Collection on PS5/Series X/Switch/Steam
The 30th Anniversary Collection for Street Fighter was very well done and it's been way too long since Marvel vs. Capcom Origins and MvC2 HD were last seen. Instead of just doing the MvC titles I'd love to see them go all out by covering all of their crossover fighters like Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter, X-Men Children of the Atom, the Capcom vs. SNK games, the MvC games (excluding Infinite and vanilla Marvel 3) and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. This way the collection could probably cover roughly as much content as the SF30 collection and offer some well deserved re-releases for games that haven't been nearly as accessible for close to two decades.
The Professor Layton games would be nice, but seem unlikely.
I really wouldn't mind an old-school Capcom compilation, with Ghouls n Ghosts, Strider, and Bionic Commando, among others. Not sure just for handheld, but that would work for me
