Topic: Game Error With Multi Users

My kids and I have accounts on our Switch. My oldest son got Animal Crossing. My other sons and I also played. We were on the same island , but could access our own homes on the island. When we tried to login today, it says that we need to purchase the game, but my oldest son that started the game can get in with no problem. Why all of a sudden is there a problem. Any idea how to fix? I've tried resetting Switch and also checking for corrupted files and also reinstalled it. Any ideas?

@Celtic13 Only the user profile that purchased the digital copy can start the game.

I know. We've been playing the game since we got it in March. We all have houses on the island and I've even paid mine off. I just can't get in starting today.

You need to contact Nintendo support for this. NL users cant help here since this is a account access issue that is the property of Nintendo to address.

Sounds like it's probably an update that's causing the issue....
