My son has a Nintendo Switch, which he is playing FIFA 23 FUT online. As of last week though, every game he plays on FUT - whether it's a draft game, TOTW, season, etc. the graphics on the game have gone all white (half way between a snowing pitch and a pre-stage design version of the game.
this ONLY happens in FUT, not in the main game or other online gameplay
I've tried to search the internet for what the problem might be and how to solve it, with no joy.
I've tried to find answers on EA's website and forums - no joy.
I've tweeted EA Help / EA FIFA / etc. - no answer.
I've switched everything off, disconnected, rebooted systems and deleted and reinstalled.
