I am having difficulty with the user profiles on our two switches.

I have family account and have both kids added to it desperately. But the two consoles both want to populate with the account of one of the kids. Even after deleting the user from the second switch ..... as soon as I go to the app store it reverts back to the first child's user name etc..

Don't know if I have explained that very well but i just want each of the kids to have their user names etc on their own consoles.... then have them linked to my family account. Why is this causing me such s problem?

@tHf describing setting up multiple switches with accounts/profiles can get confusing, so that's why SwitchForce and I typically recommend calling Nintendo customer support line. Their phone line is very good, actually. If someone else here in the forum chimes in and helps, great, but calling Nintendo is likely your quickest, least confusing way to complete your Switch setup.

One piece of the puzzle: your Nintendo account at https://accounts.nintendo.com/ , the region you select there dictates the eShop region & currency you see on the your switch console (region settings on the switch console itself don't affect eshop).
