Topic: eShop speed

Has anyone else noticed the eShop being quicker with the changes to the colour scheme and Mario running across the screen? It just seems a bit more responsive to me and i definitely noticed how slow it was before

I found to be much slower TBH

@Magonigal I thought eshop seemed slightly quicker earlier, but an hour later, I went back into the eshop and it was slow like normal. I think maybe it's server/connection related. There was a time a year ago, when I thought a Crash Team Racing update made online load screens quicker, because it was quicker than normal, for several online races. But when I came back later, the load screen times seemed like they've always been. @Magonigal I don't blame you for thinking eshop was quicker, if it was acting quicker, but it was probably connection/server related.

I check the eShop several times a day for no good reason and haven't really noticed any change in loading screens. I think the scrolling might feel a little smoother though.

I just thought it paused slightly less often when scrolling but it's still too slow anyway.

I thought it was a bit quicker at first, too, but after a few minutes I think I was just being hopeful. They REALLY need to do something with the eShop in terms of organization and speed. It's getting to be a chore if you just want to scroll and browse, and it's still slow if just going through the search function.

Exactly how I feel. This crap makes me miss the Wii’s eshop.
