I want to use PKHEX. Can I still hack my games such as Let's Go, Pikachu! if I buy them digitally? I really hope so because I don't like swapping game cards all the time.
@Darthy09 Just wanted to give you a heads up that this isn't allowed as a topic. From the community rules:
Do not discuss current gen emulators/homebrew; It is permitted to constructively discuss the use of flash carts, emulators and homebrew software when in the context of previous generation(s) hardware.
'The console wars are like boobs: Sony and Microsoft fight over which ones look the nicest and Nintendo's are the most fun to play with.'
@GyroZeppeli Another, less official rule: we don''t tell on people like little children, UNLESS people are personally attacking us, in which case we can use the "Report" link, next to a comment or a user name.
Let's keep it social. He's new, so perhaps he didn't know about this yet, which is why I kindly informed him of his (unintended) wrong doings...
@ThanosReXXX Well I didn’t say ban. That’s the biggest no no word. Also, I usually am not serious if I use incorrect grammar. That’s why so many of my posts are edited.
Edit: Wouldn’t call being here for half a year “new”.
@GyroZeppeli That doesn't matter. You're still considered new in your first year, and we can't assume that everyone memorizes the community rules, let alone reads them in the first place. And the other thing, is that we don't call out people, or tell on them in public, that's is what the Report link is for. But you're also still relatively new, so I won't hold it against you that you didn't know this unwritten community rule.
It's just a bit of a social service that we provide to each other: let people know that they're making a misstep, and allow them some time to either fix it themselves, or remove the link/topic entirely, before the mods do it for them. It's just more civil, and keeps the friendly atmosphere going.
Besides, admins usually scrub new topics once a day, so they'll see it anyway without being notified.
On a side note: no offense, but it's hard to see if someone's kidding without smileys and with having to interpret other people's text, so that wasn't all that obvious.

@ThanosReXXXThe one time I mimic people that call people out for breaking the rules instead of clicking Report, I get the lash of back ( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ ). I get what you are saying, but if NL has taught me anything, it’s to never trust the Internet.

@GyroZeppeli That's why I said no offense. Hand on my heart: none of my comments are to be read, intended or written with a harsh tone, so if you're imagining that, when you're reading them, just replace that booming, angry voice with a soft-spoken, kind one. I'm the most social guy you'll never meet.
All I want is to inform and connect people, or help in whatever way. Sometimes that gets interpreted as meddling, belittling, pointing fingers and what not, but I assure you, it's not meant as such.
People telling on people, or displaying other kinds of anti-social behavior does trigger me, though.
But having said that, let's consider it all water under the bridge, no harm no foul. You were joking, I missed that, and hence all the unnecessary fuss. Consider it non-written, and still having learned something about me in the process, so it's a win-win...

@ThanosReXXX I didn’t take your comment personally at all. I see it more as “constructive criticism”. Also, I really don’t blame you for taking my comment non-jokingly, as it really can be hard to tell what’s sarcasm and what isn’t on the Internet.
