Did anyone notice a slight drop in performance after the Barrels update? It usually lagged once per dungeon, probably loading, but now it does it up to 4 or 5 times, and it’s kinda bad.
Led me to take damage during a jump or even die In crowded battles.

Well roguelites were never compeling to me as playing the same thing over and over appeared to be boring however last year I decided to try my luck with Hades and I absolutely loved it.
Now dead cells is available for free and I decided to give it a try and well 30 runs in and I have beaten the final boss and I am having my ass kicked on hard mode... And the game is awesome (although lacking a proper story wich is my favourite part of Hades)

@Balta666 dead cells tries to tell its story more through the little rooms with stuff to interact with in you can find occasionally

@nerdface I have beaten the hand of the King on normal mode and the Run ended (but I don't know if you mean other final boss as I never played the game before)

@JustMe I know but that is just not my kind of thing (I also hate when they give you story through a glossary in the menus for example)

This game is very fun. Which is more difficult, forgotten sepulcher or clock tower

If you spoil a game i will find you.
It's not quite a me, Mario!

@Balta666 kinda agree tbh. Often it feels like devs just don't want to bother writing anything half decent themselves and throw stuff out there hoping some overly excited fans read a story into games for them lol

Know a fair number of snowflakes like that who like to act stuff is deeper than it really is.

That said, I think Dead Cells does it decently enough. There's not much, but it at least makes sense and usually the little scenes are worth it just for how sassy the beheaded is.

@Balta666 🤷‍♂️

I killed the hand of the king too...trying to get past 2BC myself.

One day I will finish the game 🥺

@1ofUs Personally it's Forgotten Sepulcher due to its darkness mechanic, almost forcing me to keep running (to the nearest light) unlike Clock Tower.

My personal hardest area is still Slumbering Sanctuary, thanks to those annoying golem enemies. Maybe add Derelict Distillery and Morass of the Banished (Bad Seed DLC) as honourable mentions.

Just got this game I played a little bit on the ps4 with ps Now, I got only to sea themed one. But I'm now starting a new on the switch and I was wondering are there any tips you could give a noob like me. (And should I buy the sparten sandels.)

A sky with stars so bright the colors feel so right I nev, Uh I mean. I'm a Among us plus sonic fan. I have also been playing a unheathy amount of MHR (Don't try to stop me)

Dead Cells has already had two physical editions, the second one includes the Rise of the Giant DLC, does anyone think there will be another release with all three DLC packs included?
