Topic: Cart Registration Errors

I tried registering Yonder, purchased from Best Buy and it gave me an error code of 2016-0415, wrong region.
The game was purchased in the USA, my account, only one on the System is USA. I have no idea what's going on. Anyone else have this issue?

I also tried registering Puyo Tetris and it said error code 2016-0403, expired.
What the eff is wrong with this? Do we really need to purchase on release day? If so, that's utterly asinine!

I have never experienced like that.

Coin rewards for physical switch games expire one year after release, I think.

It doesn't make sense though, that Nintendo's "evergreen" titles are bound by the same limitation. I think games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Odyssey etc. should be redeemable for at least 2 years (if not 5 years), considering that they will probably never drop in price.

Their reward scheme is worthless when it comes to physical. And you coins will also expire a year after registration, which makes them even worse.

They need to change the rules for sure.

I was trying to register all the games I had so I don't have to pay full price for SplaTWOn's expansion.
