Topic: Call of Cthulhu always crashes

Hey,

I bought "call of cthulhu" a couple of weeks ago online for the switch and now the game always crashes after the opening sequence of chapter 13.

I tried everything (reinstall, restart, looking for update...).

I tried to contact Focus Home Interactive twice, but they never answered. Nintendo answered, but apparently, they can neither help me nor give me my money back.

Anyone here with the same problem or a solution in mind?

Did you search here and online for users whom had issue with the digital download? Otherwise remove it and redownload it again to see what happens and download it to the sd card if you have one and see what it does.

Yes, I tried both. What angers me the most is that Nintendo refuses to help me. They insist its not their problem. I bought a broken 49$ game from them

@Grummler Nintendo isn't the content creator that is the game developer to fix. So you need to recontact them now.

I did recontact Focus Home Interactive and Cyanide Studio twice. They never answered.

Sure, Nintendo isnt't the content creator. But I bought a broken game on their eShop. How many broken games should be allowed in their eShop until customers trust is lost? I learned a lesson: Buying a game in the Nintendo eShop bears always the risk of buying a broken game with no customer support at all.
