Has Nintendo said anything about including an update to the switch to include a browser because I'm kind of disappointed the switch doesn't have a browser. Apps like netflix, twitch and so on should also be made available in the UK as we only have access to youtube here.
Not a single peep. Some of us are waiting for other basic stuff like folders and themes. It feels as though neither will ever happen. Chalk it up to, "Nintendo being Nintendo."

Asking for malware infection is your bed buddies here. Switch isn't a browser it's a portable hybrid game console. I think you missed the reason why Switch doesn't have or need one. You already have your Smartphone with Netflix apps to watch movies already. What users need is PC computer connections software to do transfers and manage their saves.
@culfrankie doesn't look like a browser is going to be made available. I think nintendo's logic is that they don't want little kids surfing internet unsupervised. The YouTube app is all we get. Im just making sure you know there's a free youtube app on eshop.
