I'm facing simbilance when my Bluetooth headphones connected to my switch. What is simbilance?

Sibilance refers to the hissing or sharp "s," "sh," "ch," and "z" sounds produced by human speech. These sounds are characterized by high-frequency energy and sometimes sound harsh or distracting when recorded.

Unfortunately, cimbals, electric guitar and other high frequency instrumental sounds like hiss. (Persona 5 royal) Grass walking and Zelda voice in botw is like that too.
Airpods pro 2, realme buds air 5 pro and 6 pro, redmi buds 2 tested, 19.0.1 firmware, I got the switch lite on a local game store, it's not new.
There is no issue via aux and speakers. Bluetooth & WiFi chip seems working fine.

What should I do? Is it hardware issue? Feels like very bad equalisation, tried fixing it from my headphones app (-6 dB for 4k and higher), but it just reduced the problem a little
