Despite the fact that Capcom charges a ridiculously high price for Resident Evil games on Switch, the games are great and it always feels good to blow a zombie's head off. Which game on Switch do you think is best? I haven't played the original in years, and have never played zero, but I recently got Resident Evil 4 on switch and am having a great time. I also quite like Revelations. Resident evil 5 I just couldn't get into for some reason and I've never played 6. What do you guys think?

I’m particularly fond of Revelations and Remake. Rev2 was also quite good. And I’m not done playing 6 yet. Those are the ones I have.

I really wish Capcom would release some sort of collection with the original 3, or maybe at least just 2+3. They’re like, not available on any current modern console.

In my personal opinion, it goes:

RE4>RE1>RER2>RER1>RE5>RE0>RE6

It's dangerous to go alone! Stay at home.

Yeah those prices are insane considering how old those games are now. I'd go with REmake, RE O, RE 4, Revelations 2 or RE 6. I honestly liked 6 quite a bit but hated RE 5. Zombies in broad daylight? Not scary at all. Felt like i was just playing some generic action game with your typical muscle bound moron protagonist.

On a side note i think it's the perfect time to play RE as you could pretend you're trying to wipe out that damn virus that's going around and umbrella is the evil corporation that made it ha ha ha! Not saying it was actually anyones fault but it's fun to pretend and it helps me take out my frustrations!

I've never played RER2, RE0, or given RE4 much time.

Can't go wrong with RE4 baby.

The Harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.

Yeah if you got 4 then you got the best,
other than that the origins collections (0 & 1) but they will be quite different and slower than 4

or revelations 2 MAY be good, looks good and more resi 4 style but I haven't played it much

I like Revelations, Revelations 2 and RE5 because they all utilize gyro aiming which is a must. So does RE6 but I haven't played much and hear its not as good.

The Revelations games are choice though. No running from an enemy you can't kill all game, no dealing with primitive analog aiming, no dealing with old school, static, isometric camera angles. Just high quality 3rd person horror with top notch aiming. Also very good for handheld play being episodic.

REmake or RE4 depending on your tastes.

I'll go RE4>>RER2>RE1>>RER1>RE0>>RE5>RE6

I got them all on PC where they're cheap and run well though, so can't really comment on the Switch ports. Definitely wait for a sale given the pricing through.

the only Resident Evil games i have installed for my Switch Lite are

Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil remake, Resident evil 5 and Revelations 2.

i used to be good at Resident Evil remake for my Gamecube probably because of the infinite ammo glitch cheat for the grenade launcher, but Im a bit rusty at trying to remember how to try to get through the game quicker.

Its also my first time playing Resident Evil 5 and Revelations 2 and even though i just started playing Resident Evil 5 in the beginning i happen to like it so far
