I have a switch account that has been banned. I've had my switch for 2 months. I bought breath of the wild and used youtube. I have maybe 7 hrs of usage on my switch. I'm a ps4 player. I went on tonight to buy pokemon sword and it says I've been suspended for violating the user agreement. Anyone ever experience this ?
Edit: I appreciate everyone's reply. I had bought the system used. Just got off the phone with support and the system was reported stolen !! I explained my situation and they are going to lift the ban for me.
@Phoenixreborn084 If you have no reason to get banned, i would call Nintendo. They have access to your account. Nintendo of America 800-255-3700. The same number is the front of your manual, and on Nintendo's website for customer support.
@Phoenixreborn084 don't know if you saw my edit above, but Nintendo's website support section mentioned getting suspended for no reason, and a nintendo rep says to call them. I pasted a link in my previous post.
@Phoenixreborn084 You bought it used. There's your problem. If ever buying a 'current' console used, you need to ask the seller if the console has ever been subject to a ban. It wouldn't surprise me if Nintendo refuses to help, but it won't hurt asking them.

That's a bit harsh imo, it's reasonable to expect the seller should have included such things when advertising the console for sell.
