I've been trying to find an answer to this question, but I haven't found the 4 Pokemon Sword/Shield Spirits on the Spirit Board as of yet even after shuffling dozens of times. I already have them, but I'm under the assumption that if they aren't in rotation, it's because they'll be added to a Pokemon DLC Spirit Board alongside a new Pokemon. Has anyone seen them on the Spirit Board at all, or is anyone still missing them?
