You should delete whoever it is, it happened to me months ago, TROLLS are people who look through forums, send FR with the intent of visiting your island only to wreak havoc, steal, or do some sort of damage.

Best advice I can give based on a bad experience, ALWAYS ask if it’s someone in this group before accepting requests from players you aren’t familiar with.

Great thing with Animal crossing is it protects against this, as it's pretty difficult to visit an island that's not a best friends, unless of course you use the dodo code, which you should never do unless you know them a little on here, but still best to delete anyone you are unsure of.

You can post a dodo code and request just friends, but still like you said if you have accepted a friend request from an unknown person who does not post on here, you should be careful.
