Topic: Your most wanted Switch 2 ports?

@SillyG I already do own some of Rare’s games on the Xbox, but I would not really care if Microsoft made them multiplatform or released them on the next Nintendo console, since Rare had strong associations with Nintendo and a lot of their fun and experimental 360 titles would have done way better on Nintendo’s consoles. I also love seeing more people being able to experience games that I love on other consoles as well!

FFVII Remake Trilogy and Persona 3 Reload. I would love to see a Persona 4 remake make its way over if or when that happens too!

While it wouldn't exactly be out of the question for the regular Switch, if the Switch 2 turn out to better replicate games with dual screens (from the DS, 3DS and WiiU), then it would definitely be a better fit for the 3DS Etrian Odyssey titles.
Also, a hypothetical Castlevania DS Collection (with hopefully the Dracula X Chronicles included).

If we are taking about ports that I want? Only f zero GX because it’s one of the only f zero games I haven’t played yet. Maybe wind Waker cause I haven’t been able to nab that either. There are also games I would like switch players to be able to play as well. Since the original Marvel Vs Capcom games are coming to switch, I think Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 would be a good fit too. I played it when it released on ps3, and I bought it again for Xbox in January. It is a pretty tough game to master, but has tons of content and characters to burn through. I think switch players should have access to all the mvc games (maybe not infinite, that game struggles a bit.) I think Castlevania Symphony of the Night should be ported to switch as well, it’s a very good game.

(As for switch 2 games specifically, I’ll add persona 3 reload and Final Fantasy 7 Remake. They would be good fits)

Another vote for P3 Reload - I know it's unofficially "confirmed", but we don't have anything announced yet. Ideally the season pass could be included.
Do I think it will be the best version of Persona 3? Absolutely not, but I've played every other version. Would be weird to skip this one

In terms of Atlus games. I'd like to see them continue their support with P6 and Metaphor. But I'm unsure how likely it all is, Soul Hackers 2 skipping the Switch seemed so odd. It wasn't pushing graphical limits and the original is considered a 3DS exclusive outside of Japan.

Besides that, native versions of Resident Evil games would be good. Village or 4 seem ambitious...but RE7? Seems possible. Same for the RE 2/3 remakes.

And as a wild card...Bayonetta 3. I know it's a Switch game, and we'll probably have backwards compatibility. But that was like a PC game on low settings, and deserved so much more. If they want to fully overhaul it I wouldn't complain.

Yoshis wooly world "deluxe". A great Yoshis island game on wii u and 3ds and would make up for the disappointment that was crafted world on switch. I'm surprised they never re-released it on switch.

I would like to see Wario World or Wario Land: Shake It. Mostly Wario Land: Shake It. I would love to see it in uncompressed, HD glory. Much like how Rayman Legends was on PS4 & XB.

Baldurs 3 would be a wonderful port for Switch2.... maybe not too 'impossible' either, considering it is just about playable on Steamdeck (Switch2 specs pending of course...)

FromSoft's back catalogue would be great as well.

Stuck in a weird rights issue. Greg Johnson does own TJ and E, but Sega still has the rights to this particular game. If they are not interested in putting Sonic Adventure on Switch, I can't see them reaching back for this one

If the rumours on the Switch 2's performance are correct, I think it should be able to run all of these. BG3 seems like a given, considering how popular it is, and that Divinity: Original Sin 2 was ported to Switch.

As for the Mass Effect games, the Switch probably could've handled the original versions of the first three games, but the Legendary Edition would've been to big for it, so I'm hoping it'll come to Switch 2. Andromeda seems less likely to be ported, since it kinda flopped when it came out originally, but personally I love the more exploration-oriented approach it has to the sci-fi RPG genre.

Psychonauts 1 should've been ported to the Switch already, given that it's an older classic and feels like a Nintendo game, but now they would have the chance to release it on the Switch 2 together with its equally good sequel.

Horizon feels like the least likely of these to be ported, since it's a Sony game, but they did eventually release it on PC, so why not Nintendo? The sequel will almost certainly be too much for even the Switch 2 to handle, so we won't be seeing a port of that.

Since Microsoft is becoming more multiplatform by the day, I wanted a bunch of their games on the Switch 2.

The full Yakuza/LaD/Judgement series
If not the above then all the Virtua Fighters from that series.
Street Fighter 6
Coral Island(if the game is ever finished)
Nioh 2

So yeah mostly fighting games for me.

I want a upgraded version of Sonic Frontiers. Seriously, this is basically what I want most out of Switch 2 (LOL). Also for other Switch games (Kirby and the Forgotten Land in particular would be great, that game could use an up-res)

Outside of that, not sure. I want to get into Monster Hunter more one day, so World, Wilds, etc would be nice.

NieR Replicant 1.22- or NieR Gestalt 1.22 rather. I want a version of it with Papa Nier so that I can see what it's like to experience his character and the variations in dialogue that come with it.
