Tomb Raider Definitive Survivor Trilogy, it was a collection released for PS4/XB1 in 2021 containing the following including all DLC:
Tomb Raider (2013)
Rise of the Tomb Raider (2015)
Shadow of the Tomb Raider (2018)
While I'd like to see Legend/Anniversary/Underworld more than the survivor trilogy, I'd prefer a Switch 1 version for those because it would mean guaranteed proper physical version. I don't see Shadow running on Switch 1 so the survivor trilogy is a more fitting pick for Switch 2.
Mass Effect: Legendary Edition would be nice. I don't think the Switch 2 would have any trouble running it, and I'd love to have a chance to replay all of it on the go.
All of my favorite third party franchises have at least some of their games on Switch 1 and 2 already, so I'll just throw in something random: Hoopa City by Dr. Panda, a cute mobile game that came out in the early 2010s and costed, like, 3 bucks but I played it for hours on my mama's tablet.
My top 5 favorite games:
1: Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1
2: Pokémon Violet
3: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
4: The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening (2019)
5: Animal Crossing New Horizons
Mario Maker 2 Maker ID: MNH-8JB-PKG

I'm a Dream Fighter. Perfume is Love, Perfume is Life.
I would have also said "The Sims 4" but I think the switch 2 might have issues running it and/or the battery would die in an hour in handheld mode due to all the things going on in the background to run it. Also I know that EA would sell all the DLC packs for it separately making the complete game (base game plus DLC) cost over $300.00 (USD).
EDIT: I added up all of the DLC for the Sims 4 and it would cost without the base game $1,194.23 USD {note in October 2022 EA made the Sims 4 base game free to play on PC and other consoles).
But oh heck no, no thank you, no game franchise or single game no matter how fun is worth $1200.00 USD.
So many good suggestions here I'd agree with Fallout, Tales of Arise, Tomb raider trilogy and Mass Effect
I have an oldy here I'd love as a budget title
Shuttle puck Café, it would be soooo good for those who haven't played it well it's the air hockey equivalent of Punch Out played with a mouse.
Visions of Mana.
I'm not sure how viable this is, but to me, Mana will always be more Nintendo than Sony, even if Square Enix doesn't seem to agree. The original trilogy, which all the thematic elements have drawn from since, originated on Nintendo consoles. Least we will always have Collection of Mana. ❤
While I'm sure it could also run on the Switch 1, I would definitely buy an English Switch 2 release of the Digimon Adventure game that was originally released on the PSP in 2013.
