DF uploaded a vod talking about the leaked clock speeds and memory bandwidth. Personally, I care less about the clock speeds and more about the memory bandwidth. If you were to listen to Switch developers such as MVG, they've pointed out how the Switch's 25GB/s is a bottleneck.

So we have folks comparing the Switch 2 to the PS4. A base PS4 has a memory bandwidth of 176GB/s. A PS4 Pro has a memory bandwidth of 217GB/s. The leaked specs for Switch 2 suggest an undocked memory bandwidth of only 68GB/s (102GB/s while docked). Less than Steam Deck's 88GB/s of memory bandwidth.

Of course we won't know for sure until pre-launch reviews of hardware start rolling in. But I feel this should inform folks a little bit about what to expect from the Switch 2. Perhaps keep your expectations in check.

I wouldn’t completely believe everything DF says but that’s just my and some others opinion. They didn’t even do the simulated switch 2 video right when we got more evidence of t239 on switch 2 leaked some time ago. Although in the end, I am waiting for official word when we actually get the switch 2 in our hands and break it down.

I wouldn't worry too much. The PS4 had absurdly high memory bandwidth for the standards of its day, so the Switch 2 can probably get away with a little bit less than that while outperforming it in other ways.

More generally, the Switch 2 hardware is an entire decade newer and will have a bunch of capabilities that didn't even exist back when the PS4 was made. Merely looking at the numbers isn't going to give a true picture of relative performance.

Also we found out that DF has no idea what they are talking about. The Chipset as told so far was not a T239 but a completely different family line so no one even DF knows what it specs really are. All the conjecture until now are worthless as it's not even based on the T239 at all only in was all name nothing else is related to the Shield Nvidia chipset.

You Won't Believe The NEW Nintendo Switch 2 Discovery!

"This chip, codenamed T239, was in development since 2017, meaning it was being built alongside the development of the technology it uses. This suggests the Switch 2's power could be significantly higher than previously thought. "
