NOA retweeted the Megaman Livestream for November 4, 2017.
i didnt put it in the switch or 3ds section. cause i was not sure on what console it would be on, if it's a new game reveal.

That basically confirms that something will be announced, and that it will be on a Nintendo platform. Gotta agree with @NintenNinja16, a Legacy collection for Switch would be the most likely option, though with all the fuss Capcom is making about the event something new isn't entirely out of the question...and that would be awesome!
Mario Galaxy is ten years old, and now I feel old.
Given Capcom's track record (And boy is it a long one) I'm honestly not expecting a new game. A collection maybe, and even then, it wont be for Switch like we all want, and like some investors probably want, since the first Legacy Collection sold most on 3DS despite being both late and more expensive.
But this is Capcom, so you know. New Collection exclusive to everything except the platform it would make the most money on, and it's not going to get a physical release in the EU, like the Legacy Collections and Resident Evil Revelations on Switch (But not other platforms) because lol.
Now Playing: Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Crash Bandicoot 4
I really want Legacy Collection 2 on 3DS since there's no reason it couldn't be. The first one probably sold more on 3DS due to the amiibo pack-in. A Switch & 3DS release of Legacy Collection 2 is the best case scenario imo.
It would be stupid to celebrate a Mega Man 30th anniversary with no new Mega Man games being announce for any of the modern systems. Crapcom better bring these and deliver, Mega Man deserve to be active again.
Mega Man Legends 3 (Switch or 3DS)
Mega Man: Legacy Collection 1 & 2 (Switch & 3DS)
Mega Man Online (Xbox One/PS4/PC)
Mega Man Maverick Hunter (Switch/PS4)
Mega Man Mania (Switch &/or 3DS)
I'd be really happy with both Mega Man Collections on Switch and a brand new 8-bit Mega Man 11.
Classic Mega Man is one of my all time favorite franchises. I grew up with it on NES and I was super stoked when they revealed MM9 in 8-bit style graphics.
Never really cared for the other MM series though.
