Guessing it got overloaded with people wanting their platinum prizes.

Yeah, it says due to maintenance. Maybe they're being overwhelmed by people claiming their rewards. This happened last year when they announced the elite rewards, if I remember correctly.

Don't worry. We have till August 15th to redeem, and we'll be waiting a while for the rewards unless you choose a game. No hurry.

I ordered the CD yesterday even though I might have a new address before August 15, because I figured this might happen and that the cd's may also run out.

I just placed my order like 10 minutes ago. Guess I did it just in time!

It's back up apparently, for me anyway. Just as well, since I STILL haven't decided between to posters or CD...

I hate that they make you decide - for platinum folks they should give both - I'm happy with the posters, but would love the CD too

Yeah I feel as though I'll get more use out of the CD, even though I've never played Majora's Mask. Soundtracks are awesome! (I wish Nintendo would sell them; I have tons iTunes money I don't know what to do with.)
