Hi, got 2 oled switches for the kids at Xmas, Both was working perfect all set up connected to Internet etc.
Xmas day afternoon one of them wouldn't acknowledge the little controllers once slid off and would not find any WiFi connections.
I deleted the previous connection to try re connect, but will not at all find any connection and won't pick up the controllers once taken off. Its as if it won't communicate to anything externally.
It could just be a defective switch, especially since they’re both brand new and the other ones working. I would suggest looking on the Nintendo Support page or restarting your Switch to see if that will work
