Part of my Nintendo Switch screen is unresponsive when I haven't damaged it at all. It's only a month old. It was working fine when I first got it and one day the very left side has stopped working at all. I want to know if anyone else had this problem. Did you fix it?
I posted a video showing the problem on YouTube:

Only thing to do is to send it in to Nintendo for repairs.
You can use the following link to to find your local call centre & to see about sending it in for repairs a as it's still in warranty & so at most you should only need to pay for shipping.

With the fault you showed in the video there it looks like you switch needs a new digitizer.

Thanks for the reply! I suspected that was the issue, I just hoped very hard that it was somehow a software issue... I sent it in and I got it back saying that it was repaired. It worked perfectly ... for about 48 hours. The problem came back and I'm not sure if I should send it back in demanding a replacement. This is really frustrating as I have a lot of respect for Nintendo, but this is obviously a faulty device and I wish it was addressed the first time. @Kawaiipikachu
