Hello, i was playing my switch with my little brother about a week ago, and i let him have the pro controller. since it was wired, it connected in a single click, but when i went to get 2 joycons from the docked console, they wouldn't connect no matter how hard i tried. i know for a fact that they weren't dead, as the signals were lighting up like it was syncing, but then just turned off again after about 5 seconds. this is a huge issue for me because my switch is really weird and doesn't allow me to play handheld with the joycons attached because i think something is wrong with the connection, so my switch is now unable to play multiplayer games and also unable to play when it isn't docked. i hope there is someone who knows how to fix this, thank you if you can find a way.
@gamerboy750 Do you have more than one console? Once you sync joycons(or a pro controller) with a console, they will only wirelessly sync with that console. They don't have enough memory to remember multiple consoles. If you want to sync them to another console, you have to initialize them by connecting the joycons(or pro controller) or plugging them into the desired console.
Or contact nintendo support. Nintendo of america's support is usually pretty good. If you say "represenetative" to the phone line menu tree, you can get through to a person quicker. https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/contact
