Topic: Help with displaying hours played on new switch?

A couple of months ago I finally upgraded from my old switch lite to the OLED system and I’m having some issues with it displaying hours played in the profile section. Any new game I download tracks hours just fine, but for some reason whenever I play games that I had on my old switch the hours never change. For example, I’ve recently been playing a lot of BOTW and when I last played on my switch lite I had logged 215 hours. Since I started playing on my new switch I must’ve played at least 30+ more hours and it’s still stuck at 215. This has been happening with all of the games that carried over from my old switch. I’ve seen some people say that this becomes an issue when you have two switches, but I erased/deactivated my old switch so that I could give it away so I don’t think that's the issue here. I also have been sure to keep up with updates. Anyone have any ideas about what's wrong or how to fix it? Thanks!

@jinx16 I don't think I've heard of that specific issue. You may have to ask nintendo support. I only see one entry for playtime on their support page, and it's not helpful for your scenario. https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/contact

The normal gripe when upgrading to an oled is that game tiles won't sort by amount played from the previous console, because any time you move to a new console games will be sorted by amount of time played on that particular console. -which is annoying.
