2Eel Sun 20th Jun 2021 Could be the ribbon cable for the top screen is broken or loose. If the DS can’t detect the top screen, it fails. I’m afraid you’ll either have to open it and look inside, take it to someone who knows how to repair it, or contact nintendo and ask them.
