Topic: Charger is loose and wont charge

I just bought a new 3ds xl off of craigslist and the charger feels loose and wont charge. Whenever i plug it in it feels loose it the outlet and wiggles around alot. the guy i bought it from said the charger was "finiky" and my 3ds has been dead for a while now. pls help

...and maybe you shouldn't buy things from Craigslist?
