Interesting topic. The one that springs to mind right away is also from the same Steve Miller Band song: "Big old jet had a light on ..." =) A couple others that i can think of are not even close to being appropriate to post, including one for AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" that Artie Lange mentioned on Stern's show one day, and one for Manfred Mann's "Blinded by the Light".

"People were throwing shoes at us in SF and LA. I don't know why. It's like 'You guys are great. Here's my shoe.' People must have been walking around with one shoe." James Hetfield
Also anyone think the line "Im a dirt torpedo" in High Speed Dirt by Megadeth sounds like "I'm a dirty paedo"?
Or is it just me....

When I was younger the in the song Venus theres the line
I'm your Venus I'm your fire.
Well I though it was I'm your (insert name of boy parts here) I'm your fire
You can image the look on my moms face when a six year old is running around the house singing it that way. I still cant listen to that song to this day without laughing about that.

Not quite a mondegreen, but whenever I right click on the task bar in Windows and see the option "Lock the taskbar" I always read it in my head to the tune of "Rock the Casbah" and now whenever I hear the song "Rock the Casbah" I replace the appropriate line in my head with "Lock the taskbar".
And now forever, you will do the same.

I've only joined up two days and I'm already someone's favourite user, success! So Metallica fan? I just seen them again at Sonisphere UK, my fourth time, epic as usual! (I'm aware this is off topic-ish lol)

Last time I saw them was back in the late 90's. Every time they come to my area I never have the money. . And I would say I am a Metallica fan I never played nor owned a guitar hero game but I had to buy the Metallica one just because it was Metallica lol.

Yeah, I racked up some serious hours oh GH: Metallica, and went through a few instruments in the process, totally worth it!
