Basically what is your most hyped upcoming game and why?
I’ll go first:
my most hyped upcoming game is deltarune chapters 3-7 because I am a (somewhat) recovered undertale fandom gremlin.

The carrot minigame from bowser's inside story
it scares me
Edit: forgot the and why. AWL is one of my favorite Bokumono games and the QoL changes have made it almost perfect for me. If I am still playing zelda when that comes out zelda is getting kicked out of the switch.

Well now that Final Fantasy Pixel is out the next game I am hyped about is Diablo 4. I am also hyped for the Suikoden Remasters but without a release date it's hard to get excited for it.

I'm torn between Fantasy Life i and Suikoden I & II Remastered.
On one hand, Fantasy Life is a series I was sure would be lost, stuck on 3DS forever. If anyone is unaware, the game is a mashup of Diablo-like action/rpg combat with Final Fantasy XIV crafting. All in a family-friendly sheen. And now the newest entry appears to be adding some Animal Crossing town building stuffs, which I do not object to.
On the other hand, the first Suikoden is one of my personal favorite turn-based rpgs. I regard it more highly than Final Fantasy VII (don't @ me). Suikoden II is just as good but I have more nostalgia for the first. 108 characters to recruit. Many adding depth and breath to your home base. Each offering different ways to build the party you take into combat.

Tears of the Kingdom. After that, I don't have anything I'm dying to play. Sea of Stars looks pretty fun, and I'm interested to see what's in the next couple waves of Mario Kart 8 DLC.
Depends on whether DLC counts, if so either Future Redeemed or the final 2 waves of the MK8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass. If not then Baten Kaitos 1+2.
As for why, XC3 was my GotY last year and I'm really excited to see more from that game meanwhile MK8 Deluxe is potentially my favourite game of all time so seeing it grow into the role of a Mario Kart Ultimate is fantastic. With Baten Kaitos, really liking the Xenoblade games made me interested in checking out Monolith Soft's earlier games.

@Magician I thought Suikoden was leagues above FF VII myself as well. Even The Legend of Dragoon I thought was better the FF VII, yet FFVII gets all the praise. I guess people.just like a whiny, cringy worthy hero and your stereotypical villain.
As for Fantasy Life that was a game I wish I would have given more of a chance. I bought it played it for a bit but at the time I just couldn't get into it so I traded it in, one of my biggest regrets in gaming. Now even if I want to play it I can't.

TOTK is definitely in my number-one spot as of now. However, I think overall, the game that I'm most looking forward to is Metroid Prime 4. TOTK is just winning at the moment thanks to the actual coverage we've been getting on it. Also, definitely cannot forget Silksong and Pikmin 4

Right now, it's Tears of the Kingdom. Especially right after finishing Breath of the Wild's main story and most of the DLC quests. There's no way I'm passing up such a game, BotW is one of my favorite Switch games after all.
I'm also looking forward to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's last two waves of DLC courses, as well as Pikmin 4. Maybe the Side Order DLC for Splatoon 3, too. Though I'm holding off on getting S3's DLC for now since I'm not impressed with the first half of it.
