Well, I would have to say BioWare is my favorite developer. Their RPGs actually contain a roleplaying element in them as you can actually affect the story and how other characters react to yours by what you do and say in game. There are even some games where you can avoid most of the combat by talking your way out of different situations.
Nintendo are my favorit and everyone inside as well such as: Intelligent Systems Retro studios HAL Laboratory Good Feel RARE (back then) and more that don't come to mind
Just for you. "I'm just a musical prostitute, my dear." - Freddie Mercury
Those guys make some seriously awesome games if you ignore their more "famous" franchises. Lost Kingdoms and Kings' Field are some of my very favourite JRPG series.
@WaveBoy I'd love to see a stand alone release of the new Shantae. It could do with a longer story and more gameplay. It had loads of potential but IMO fell a little short thanks to its play time. Also highly disappointed that the jump pads were left unused for most of the game.
Armor Project Square Enix PDD2 Marvelous(well possibly not any more as the main guys moved to...) Grasshopper Mistwalker TOSE AQ Interactive

Nintendo, but that does not need to be said. Ive been patiently waiting for the 3DS, and havent played any of their games recently
Capcom is always dependable.
I do really like Gaijin games and their approach to the Bit.Trip series. I just hope they port more to the app store as my Wii has been broke I hope they will make games a little more abstract like their first BitTrips. But they are always great.
1. Nintendo 2. Capcom 3. Sony 4. Insomniac Games 5. Retro Studios

I was gonna say till page 2, you people better start mentioning Retro. xD Intelligent Systems is also my favorite next to RS, Nintendo is another obvious choice, and I guess the only other one I can think of is Alpha Dream.
