Topic: Would like trade for Curry Ingredients and Pokemon Between Shield and Sword

I am missing the slow smoked poketail which is a sword exclusive and gigantimix to finish my currydex. Also interested in some Pokemon trades and in game raiding. I also use Pokemon Home and have a lot of shinines.
