Not who, but what. Is it the development time, the amount of content, how good the graphics are..?
I'm going to buy two games today. Wonderful 101 for 40€ and Game Dev Tycoon for 7€. That's quite the difference and makes me wonder why the prizes of games can be so different.

well it's an algorithm! in this case they research the market to make an equation that predicts all the factors from the price that will give the best margin of proffits combined with the risks of expending too much money on marketing, in other words they study and then calculate a way to balance the costs and give money while considering the best price to get this effect(not too cheap and not too expensive, but some companies simply put any price they thnk is right instead of doing math and research....)
