Topic: Warcraft IV

Would it be possible for the Warcraft franchise to return to its roots? I think that WoW is what placed Blizzard in the sub-basement.

My concern is that no one will buy it because they either hate anything related to Warcraft or because it's not WoW.

First off WoW is basically Warcraft IV the devs have said that many times. And also they said that it probably wont because in order for them to do that they would have to pull people and resources off of WoW to do a RTS, and face it with WoW making as much money as it does that probably wont happen.

Me personally if they did go back to the RTS way I would not play it but thats cause I suck and dont have the patients for RTS games.
