Topic: Things you do while grinding.

So I had this on my mind for a bit.
What do you all do when ever your grinding in a RPG? I just watch a bunch of YouTube to reduce the tedium of grinding for a bit.

Just kinda be bored. Kinda why I avoid playing games that require grinding.

@Greatluigi I listen to my backlog of Radio 4 podcasts.

Each one is around 30 to 50 minutes long and depending on the grinding, I can get though a few.

I tend to sit in a chat party with a few friends. A feature sorely lacking on Switch unfortunately.

I don’t know why but my mind is just always everywhere at once, and I’m easily distracted, so I watch and do a lot at the same time anyway, so grinding just let’s me focus on a video or tv show more lol as I (depending on the game) can place it in a lower priority.

listen to Music or YouTube videos the occasional podcast

While grinding, I just keep focusing on the game since the only reason im even grinding it is because I love it

"Watch" The Office

I just put on some Disney Junior shows on my iPad and listen to them while I'm cutting down trees in New Horizons.

If I truly want to relax and chuckle shamelessly, my favorite recipe is PowerWash Simulator + The Danny Brown Show.

I often read a book with one hand while playing with the other. Long action animation? book. Loading screen? book. Enemy you can beat by spamming one button? book. I'm also often listening to music at the same time so there is that as well. And sometimes eating. Oh, occasionally I also play a mobile game at the same time as a Switch game and go back and forth. 😝
