The franchise is sharply written like this trough the entire trilogy and torna. You only have about 1/3 of the overall puzzle that is this franchise some things will become more clear and others vastly more complicated as you start digging into the rest of the blade games. I of course won’t comment on any of that now you haven’t even played torna yet. But keeping it localized to 2 yeah everything from pyra and brighids conversation about hurting rex to Nia being so cold in the beginning all take on new meanings. If you replay the game you will see all the stuff you missed. Because xenoblade is lean everything has purpose even the stuff like the hot springs scene which in any other JRPG would be cheap fanscervice has a point. They respect your time

Xenoblade definitely dosen’t get the amount of money it should be worth. The franchise is too niche and anime for many people. It really works for me but it can’t win against the mass appeal of Pokémon. Everyone loves pikachu that is how the games can pretty much wether any controversy because pokemon is an established institution meaning that if someone criticizes it they have to be wrong. And torna by itself is a better designed game than any Pokémon experience on switch when you get to it I am positive you’ll love it

That’s probably how they did it it was a red herring making the obvious answer the obvious answer and expecting people to dig deeper it’s genius. Because again it’s told to your face multiple times and you ignore the big bad guy every singe time instead focusing on Malos who I guess made the perfect distraction from the true evil

Amalthus is all about his image without it he is nothing. Because even the slightest suspicion about indoline and it all would have come crashing down faster than jin can move. And saving an exiled prince makes you look pretty heroic

Nia is incredibly busted she is probably in the top 5 strongest mortal xenoblade characters. She was also my MVP until I got dodge tanks.

To be fair becoming farmers works for most endings of fantasy media. Even in xenoblade 2’s more technologically advanced world something tells me morag and Brighid aren’t necessarily going to become mechanics. It would definitely be fun perhaps moag grows flowers and Brighid turns them into perfumes. We know Brighid has canonical interest in making perfumes so it could actually work out. Zeke is an adventurer he will never settle down and now that he has a new continent to explore I could see him and pandoria continuing thier solo adventures after everything became settled. Exploring lands finding the perfect locations for human settlements and probably encountering plenty of bad luck

Don’t feel bad xenoblade is considered a hidden gem for a reson plenty of people never try it. I am just glad that you did because this franchise deserves every sale it makes and then some. And Brighid x morag is wholesome I will ship it until it is either confirmed or denied. They are quite literally made for each other. Thier relationship is reversed making it more interesting. I would argue morag needed Brighid arguably the most normal out of any rare blade to balance her out and keep her from straying too far into soulless solder mode. I don’t even care for shipping that much they just are perfect for each other

Yeah Ageon is by far useless. Malos is awesome you feel awful for him by the end he didn’t have any control over who he was just a normal guy with an incredibly dark urge coming from somewhere else that he couldn’t control. That makes him tragic if awoken by anyone else he would have been a fine or even great person but he got Amalthus. My favorites are probably either Mythra, Nia, Tora, poppi, zeke, Pyra, Rex, Morag, Brighid, Gramps, Dromarch, Jin or pandoria crap I listed them all. Seriously though If I had to pick Nia. I cant not love the angry welsh catgirl

The scene successfully relied heavily on the cringe and it worked. Pyra and tora had noble intentions but both had no idea what they were doing. And Nia saw everything with her own eyes the madness that consumed them she tried her best but probably permanently lost a little respect for pyra it was hilarious

And I haven’t played a souls game but I will say I think Gow 2018 m/Ragnarok in GMGOW mode are comparable imto souls games difficulty wise. When you were gone Actually did finih Ragnarok because an update fixed it. (As indicated by my profile of the best GOW character).
