@Mermaiden Why do you care? It doesn't matter in the slightest if there's all new users here, or "n00bs" as you say. There's some genuinely nice people here in the forums. I'm gonna have to agree with @Kermit1...you didn't need to be rude about it.

@Tyranexx I'd love to get Xenoblade Chronicles 3 at some point as well. I just want to at least play more of the other XC games before I do so. Last I knew, the Xenoblade games have their own sets of characters and stories, like the Final Fantasy series, so I don't think I'd get lost no matter how much progress I made in the other games.

I thought Origami King's battle system was decent. Nothing like the first two games of course, but I'd gladly take that over those stickers. It can get pretty tricky at times, especially with the boss fights where you'd make paths.

@Sunsy Ah really? That's cool you did that with the battle mode. I wish I thought of that myself as a kid, lol! Ah well. I started playing with the battle modes more starting with Mario Kart DS, though I still race way more.

Btw, I found Dance Dance Revolution X Arcade machine at Fun World inside Grand City Mall Surabaya yesterday and the machine was about to be send to Fun World main HQ as the machine was no longer playable due to broken parts inside. The machine itself was already hollow with internal parts have been removed.

It was really breaking my heart as another DDR machine in my hometown have been removed 🥺 💔 since I have played that DDR X Arcade machine for the first time in early year 2011 when Fun World had open their new branch at Grand City Mall Surabaya with some new Arcade machines such as DDR X and DrumMania V7 by Konami.
Currently, Grand City Mall is a dead Mall with very few peoples visited that Mall, almost no interesting shop corners, no video games shop (used to be have one but not anymore) so no wonder I didn't visit that Mall anymore.

@Eel I dunno...jokes can get misinterpreted, I think. Mermaiden's post didn't sound like a joke to me.

@Eel I got to agree with MarioLover92, you don't say you want to pour salt in your eyes as a joke.

While I don't like any type of toxicity, I am however surprised anyone got offended by being called a noob. I personally moved on when I saw it.

Just wanted to say thanks to all the people here. I don’t really have any friends and feel like everything I do in public, people are just going to make fun of me. Outside of my family I feel like there is nobody who really cares that I exist. But this site has provided a place for me to talk about things I like and not feel like I will be raked over the coals for it. So in short thanks to all the wonderful people on this site. It may not seem like it, but the interactions that People have with me on here do more than you could know for my mental well-being.

@blindsquarel That's pretty nice to know, I really hope that things get better for you. I've been a member for some years already and Nintendolife is definitely my favourite site to interact with people, although I do miss some users. Fortunately while some good people go others arrive too.

@bimmy-lee I kinda wish I had more interaction with him. Saw him posting many times but we just exchanged posts a few times. He was always pleasant with me though. In fact, I saw many of you guys talking and been pretty cool in general while I was just lurking in the shadows for some time haha.

On one hand it's best to grow a thick skin and just ignore posts like that. On the other... nobody deserves to have that thrown at them. I'm not talking about the "noob" comment, that's harmless. It's the "your fault, grow up" thing that's more offending.

In future someone'll call you a noob as a joke and responding with this much hostility isn't good. Unless noob has some other deep meaning besides "newbie".

@Fizza No problem! In fact that's the perfect reason to go out at all, I love golf! I'm not amazing at it but I know how to swing in the right direction. But yeah, thanks for the feedback! You were almost correct; it's an electric piano. Close though, it's kinda mean to emulate that sound. Logic doesn't have one as far as I've searched (so far).

As for the speed, I've been making covers enough that I can do it quickly, thanks! I made a montage of me making a cover from a while ago, I'll link that in case you're interested to see the process. It took about three hours to do this one. I've really improved the song since (it was on GarageBand), but enjoy!

Boom, circle of life and all. I lurked here a while too, I assume most do. I found the place googling for some WiiWare review and never stopped reading. I didn’t even look at the comments at first, just sort of assumed it was a cesspool. Eventually I did and realized it was an unusual, funny place on the internet and joined. I felt like I already knew some of the people mentioned here before I even signed up, Thanos being one of them. Weird how that works. I always enjoyed Ogo’s brand of humor in the comment sections. He was a savage.
