@MarioLover92 Wow, I don't think I ever had my own account when we had the family PC. We just had the desktop and that's it. My own PCs usually have one account as it's my PC anyway. I think Mac had a similar system called "At Ease," which gives each person a folder. The school Macs were set up this way. It was like a big full screen folder with buttons to click and launch programs, games, and apps. Yeah, I just always loved those kind of designs, made things feel futuristic.

Tragedy, 'twas a fun thread until it wasn't. Since it's Easter I'm tempted to make a comparison between the resurrection of Christ and the crushes thread but... maybe it's for the best that that doesn't happen.
@Eel You still get the "You can't ignore a member of staff!" privilege which is nice

Just picked up some Pokemon cards from Smyths, specifically a Pikachu V Box and another random pack to round it out to a neat 5 packs total. I was getting a new screen protector for my Switch anyway when I noticed the €6 taxation on delivery and thought 'eh, why not get something with it to negate it'. Considering I ended up tallying it to €35, I'll let you be the judge of that.
The reason I ended up going for it instead of something like LEGO is due to me finding a binder full of all my good cards: reverse holos, promos, chase cards like V's, EX's and GX's (GX's are best btw) and the crowning jewel of them all: the money cards. Well, not necessarily money cards but the ones that are both rare and incredible to look at, like an Amazing Rare Kyogre, a BUNCH of shiny cards, an alt art Dragonite V and my two favourites: Shiny Centiskorch VMAX and alt art Blaziken VMAX.
LOOK AT THIS MIGHTY CHICKEN. BASK IN IT'S GLORY.
@Eel I don't know, that just doesn't make sense if you can't do mod stuff then how can you be a mod. Obviously you can't tell us but I guess at least it's less work for you guys.

@BruceCM As a matter of fact... yes? I got LEGO Star Wars yesterday on Switch... it could be a mistake. In retrospect it wouldn't have hurt getting it on PS5, but it is what it is.
I did start playing Metroid: Dread though. It's so well designed, and a pretty challenging game too. Can't wait for the rest of the year, it's going to be fireworks.
@Sunsy Gotcha. Sounds like you'll still be residing at your current place then.
Yeah, my Windows PC just has one profile, which is my own - it solely belongs to me after all! Oh that sounds cool, I didn't use Macs too much so I didn't really know that.
Same here on futuristic and sci-fi designs. It's partly why I like stuff like F-Zero, Metroid, Mega Man, and the like.
@TheJGG Metroid Dread is such a good game. I think it rivals the best of the Metroid series in general, I liked it as much as Super Metroid, if not more so. It is quite challenging for sure.

Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I'd like to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
@MarioLover92 It’s not the easy ride I thought it would be. The EMMI zones in particular were an unexpected challenge, and I’ve gotten caught so many times. I’ve just destroyed the third EMMI and it was brutal. The sheer speed of that thing caught me out many times.
Luckily NL’s guides stopped me from getting lost, however.
