@CanisWolfred I agree, it’s refreshing to see so many things on the horizon (and soon or now for some). I was one of those folks that jumped from Wii to 360 and skipped the entire WiiU (until after buying my Switch this year), so I’m enjoying the ports even though some folks don’t. Some of the same folks on here talk about how rough the WiiU era was that people didn’t buy it, but in the same breath complain about WiiU ports coming to the vastly more popular Switch along with still new offerings.
Considering there were people practically begging for ports (or at least simultaneous releases with other modern consoles, which we're definitely seeing more of now, at least from Japanese publishers and indies) to the Wii U way back when, and we still couldn't get that more often than not. Devs giving such and such an explanation for why Wii U wasn't a viable option, publishers sneering at the idea of a Wii U release, people who seemed primed and ready to release stuff on Wii U backing out...it was pretty depressing. I'd much rather have to sort through a dozen or so new daily articles of upcoming switch announcements and reviews, over 2014's ~4 articles a day, half of which feel like NLife trying desperately to keep the ship from sinking.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
I took a break to do life things, then went back to Labo 3. Finished the car, paint can, now doing the joystick then sub. Wanna build it all before I get into the adventure mode.

I tried Splatoon 2 at my friend's house for the first time today. It was pretty fun. Might have to pick it up, but there's so many other games coming out in the next few months that I want too, so I don't want to get buried.
But my schedule has lightened up a bit so I've been playing more Monster Hunter. So much fun.
Why do intendont sell a multiplayer game that you have to have teh interwebz to plae? So ant consummation
In other news, we all fold on a cardboard submarine 🎶

Chiming in to post about this tweet too. If you can spread the word or even just retweet it, feel free to do so.
The kid in question is dying of cancer and it's unlikely he's going to stick around until Ultimate releases. I say playing the game is one hell of a way to go if there ever was one, considering the context of him being a huge Smash fan. All help is greatly appreciated.
I don't quite have lots o' loot, because I'm from the Boot.
I finally finished building all the Labo 3 stuff. Just finished dinner; gonna take out the pup then take these babies for a whirl.
Gonna eventually have to make stencils for the spray can so I can paint my car like the Mako

I’ve got a chihuahua terrier mix that (thankfully) is more terrier personality than a chihuahua. And I’ve got a black cat that looks like joey’s, but with one eye (aptly named jack).
I think the MK update comes in October? Btw, I finished my toys and tooled around in the adventure mode, had a blast!! There really is lots to do and even hidden tasks and presents for completing things. Gonna use the spray paint can to trick my rides in the game, then switch over to something thoughtless like picross to round off the day.

I am absolutely exhausted. One more day of work and then a day off, then I do most of a day followed by a doctor's trip to see about my once again stiff/dislocating knee, then working Thursday and opening day on Saturday.
Then as far as I know, it's a whole lot of 10pm to 6am shifts for me...
I also get 20% income tax on all my earnings apparently. That's fun.
Now Playing: Mario & Luigi Brothership, Sonic x Shadow Generations
Now Streaming: The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom

Heh, Chihuahuas are one of the reasons why I generally prefer medium and large dogs. I don't generally mind dogs in general unless they're excessively yappy. That said, I've met plenty of nice small dogs that I don't mind at all.
Was the cat born with one eye, or did he lose it? My family had a barn cat once with a bad eye growing up; we're pretty sure he got into a fight.
I leave the site for a few hours and an article pops up that, judging by the comment section size, is pretty controversial.
I’m beat today, think I did too much outdoors yesterday in the humidity. I played some Surgeon and Tropical Freeze (after my friend borrowed it for 3 months lol). Think I’ll just play around with the toycon garage and keep watching ssn2 of Van Helsing.
Anyone excited for the Online Trial? Just two more bedtimes for me.
@Tyranexx Rocky isn’t yappy at all, thankfully. And Jack is twice as large (19lbs, no fat!), so it’s nice that a cat keeps a small dog in line. Jack lost it when he was less than a year, and whatever did it got that side and neck. It’s all healed and not creepy at all, almost like he just keeps an eye closed. But those whiskers are shorter, and he can’t hiss or growl, just makes meeps (like bunson from the muppets). He’s a pretty awesome dude.
It was just another article about an optional item that made people feel like the world was ending. Part of the reason I’ll be glad with NSO finally launches.
Your pets do sound awesome! I'm admittedly a bit more of a cat person than a dog person, but I like pretty much any animal and have even held/handled some things that people have night terrors over. You'd think I'd have a pet or two to keep me company around my abode, but unfortunately that's not currently the case.
I did go and finally read that article. While I'll be honest and say that I'm not thrilled about NSO and what it currently offers (as of this writing), it does seem pretty daft to complain about controllers that are entirely optional. I sort of get it for those who for some reason may have wanted to try and play other Switch games with them, but IMO that idea does seem like a pipe dream.
I'll just stick with the Joy-cons and eventually a pro controller when I do get a Switch.
I don't plan on buying them either, but the fact that they only have 2 buttons and 0 sticks when most controllers have 8 buttons and 2 sticks limits options to the point that they might as well not be supported.
But if they were SNES controllers, it'd be a different story.
...Y'know, I would consider SNES controllers that are compatible with Switch games, even third-party. I have more childhood memories with that system anyway. The vast majority of my NES experiences have been with VC titles. The only cartridge that I recall playing on a relative's NES was the Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt one. That...stupid...dog....
