School starts again for me tomorrow, these 2 weeks felt a bit too short since yesterday felt like the first day of the holidays.

@Blue_Blur @Iggly What? School starts tomorrow for you guys? Wow... seems too early, that's for sure!
I still have 2 weeks of the holidays left. I'd rather it came quickly, to be honest... since this semester is only 3 months, I'd like to get it over with. That said, I still have to study my notes (Yes, I do that, even during the holidays. A lot.) and... well, enjoy any and all free time from school I have left. So 2 weeks... take your very sweet time.
But yeah, it's only the 4th tomorrow. Too early, I think... especially when you consider the new year just started!

@Vee_Flames Haha yeah, though once this month is over it'll be a bit easier for me to relax since Semester 2 starts in February and most of my courses for it is simple like Art and Photography which gives me more time to play some games. (Though I still gotta focus for Math)

@Iggly: My situation is pretty much the opposite; my second semester starts tomorrow, but my first semester had much easier classes than this upcoming semester. I'm sure I'll still have some time for games, maybe just not as much as I would like... my Slosher isn't gonna slosh itself.

Are any of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games still worth playing? I've never tried them but am suddenly interested. Any worth playing on the Gamecube?

@Retro_on_theGo: I always enjoyed the older TH games, mainly the Pro Skater series. In fact I just picked up and started playing THPS 3 on the original Xbox. Not sure which ones made it to the cube but the Pro Skater series is alot of fun and you can find them dirt cheap now. I got my Xbox copy for $1.99 at my local retro shop.

According to google THPS 3 is on the Gamecube. Guess it's worth to start out with that one.

@Retro_on_theGo: IIRC, the Gamecube version had the extra Oil Rig level and better framerate then the PS2 version.

When is Miitomo released?

I would also prefer to talk about games or other stuff rather than users

You guys have any idea which version of Xak: The art of visual stage is the definitive one? I don't know how I can get the MSX one......so that's the thing. But I really love the music that the MSX has.

I'm now worried whether to get the Wii U this year or not. If they announce the NX and release it next year or this year, I'm gonna have a hard time getting it because of the fact that I just bought the NX...... sigh

@Iggly: Ah... I just found out that this coming semester for me is actually 5 months... with some 6-day - ONLY 6 DAYS!!! - spring break sometime in March. Good Lord.... Knew it was too good to be true.
Sigh... Better make very good use of the 2 weeks I have left, I guess. 5 months is gonna drag on forever.. and the 6 days holiday definitely isn't making things better!

@Vee_Flames I wouldn't worry about it too much since there's always those weeks where you can finish most of your homework and relax so the 5 months won't be too bad. For now just enjoy the rest of your holidays while it still lasts!

I wanna learn latin. Reason being that I think it is really cool when composers use the language in classical works.

Cool thing is that it's a dead language that all other languages are based off of.. woo Zombie language.

So Game are shipping me two Shovel Knight Amiibo, even though I only ordered one. Yay...?

Not really all modern languages are based on it. Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc are, but English and German, etc have their own separate roots. Though some words may be borrowed from Latin.

And obviously, other languages like Afrikaans, mandarin, Japanese, and a whole bunch of etc also have different origins.

Just finished reading probably the best Star Wars book I've ever picked up. Lost Stars. Loved it. Probably reading either Tarkin or A New Dawn next.
