What's your favorite Video Game Compilation? Any compilation can qualify, such as Mega Man Anniversary Collection, or Super Mario All-Stars, or Final Fantasy Anthology, or Final Fantasy Origins, or Metroid Prime Trilogy, or Zelda: Collector's Edition, etc. It just has to include one or more separate games, so WarioWare or Mario Party don't count.

Yeah I'd have to agree with you on Zelda Collector's Edition, it's absolutely brilliant and wonderfully presented with that spectacular arrangement of the classic main theme on the game selection screen!

As for others I really like, Mario All Stars is of course another fantastic compilation, there aren't many that actually go to the trouble of completely redoing the graphics and music of each game!

Another compilation that I'm fond of is Sonic Classic Collection for the DS. It's been criticised for being a bit bare bones, which is fair when you compare it to Sonic Mega Collection on the Gamecube (that's another great compilation!), but you can't argue with the quality of the games which of course are classics and being able to play all the Mega Drive Sonics anywhere is very cool.

Mine would probably have to be the Neverwinter Nights Platinum pack and.. Metroid Prime Trilogy, sure why not. I can't think of any other compilations that I've bought.

Would New Super Mario Bros. U + New Super Luigi U count as well?

The Sly Collection and The Ico & Shadow of the Colosuss collection are great.

Namco Museum Vol. 1 for me. Not only is it a good compilation with very good classic arcade games, but it also lives up to its name as you browse around an actual museum learning and viewing memorabilia surrounding the games in question, it's like an experience of sorts.

To each their own

First two that came to mind.

For me it would have to be the Megaman Anniversary Collection hands down. Except for the button swap it's quite possibly one of the best collections around.
