Topic: Side quest help a shady customer

I could Kilton at Skull Lake but forgot to take a photo. After leaving he doesn't seem to comeback or appear anywhere else. Can anybody help me track him down again so that I can complete the quest?

I can't post in the right forum, when adding a new post a get a forum selection option and it does not give the option to post in that section

He will be on the out skirts of towns like Kakariko, Zora's domain, Hatano, and somewhere else, he will be seen from 9 PM - 4 AM, he will also then basically be the black market with exclusive items for monster parts.
