Topic: Pokemon Black and White 2 Genesect Connection Problem

I bought Black and White 2 and I'm trying to get Genesect by Mystery Gift. I set-up my internet connection when I got my 3DS. I set-up my Nintendo WFC as well and it still fails. I already have my C-gear that connects me to the internet, not sure if that matters because I've been away from the Pokemon scene for a few years...sadly , and it still won't work. Says It fails to connect. It connects for a bit then fails. Anyone else having the same problem? Anyone know a solution? I would love to get one before the Event ends!

I'm having the same problem here. I'm either gonna have to "borrow" my sister's DS Phat she never uses anymore and see if I can access Black 2's online features that way, or I'll call Nintendo's Customer Service about it. I'm really hoping the former works...

What error code was it? If it just says connection failure you can ask Nintendo then or check other your settings again in-case.

Take a hammer to your game and interrogate it until it gives you what you want.

Oh, forgot to re-post about this issue. Well, I tried it with my sister's old DS, and it worked, so, yeah. I'm not sure that will help you if you don't have an old DS lying around in your home, but it may be something to look into if you can find a used one for cheap on eBay or somewhere like that.
