Just to clarify, whatever avatar you've got on the due date (which is February 14th for now) is the one that we'll be voting on!

Voting will at least begin on that date; I imagine it might take more than one day to let everyone who wants to vote have a chance to vote, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
