So I've been thinking, two things: One, I think it's time I make a new character after having drawn my kitsune self so much (what can I say, I love me), and two: I should start learning how to draw more anime-like.

I built a little travel water color padfolio. I’ll be traveling later this month, so I wanted something compact to carry in case I feel like drawing something. It’s not the end all be all, but it has everything I might need to make a quick painting.

Of course I made a quick drawing to test the setup, here it is: Ms Pac-Man.

I finally finished it! However I regret not looking into the source material more because I feel like I got that wrong. And of course there’s many other issues, but I do hope to fix all that by experimenting with a bunch of different things for inktober! Not going to use ink but I will draw the themes of each day! (Yes I know the legs are just….bad lol)

Good luck with inktober! Perhaps you could try to experiment with a Faber Castell PITT Artist Pen, just to try them out. They use India ink and sell them in many colors… You might like them!

Oh I actually think I will like these a lot! They just look like they would fit nice in my hands! I will probably check it out next inktober! Please remind me if it seems like I forgot LOL.

Maybe I will post them as the days go by, I did todays them so maybe I will share that one!

In the video game "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge", characters can be subject to all kinds of slapstick-based injuries, like getting flattened by vehicles. Yes, even serious characters like Splinter, Usagi and Karai. Here, my persona just got the unfortunate luck of being squashed by a car. Luckily, he'll get back up after a few seconds~
