@CorporalPegasus That is pretty freaky. I'm thinking this to be Batman the animated series mixed with some of the sillyness of the old Adam west show with pony universe. Rainbow Dash, since she's so bright and colorful, could be Supermare. Gilda as Penguin would be hilarious.

Batmare was about to punch him yet again, till he heard the sound of a couple hundred hooves pounding the ground. He then turned to see a hundred mentally disabled patients (think dog pony from Reed it and Weep episode) running towards them. Batmare then grapples to a nearby rooftoop, towing Robin along by his cape. Once to the roof Batmare says " it's just a distraction, leave them to the police. They should be able to handle this. Now were should Equestria's greatest detective look now." He pondered.

Maybe Trixie as the Riddler?

Trixie as Talia? (Though I think @CorporalPegasus' suggestion was better) And Granny Smith as Alfred?

If Granny Smith is Alfred, then Applejack should be Batmare. Rarity would also make a good Talia.

And Spike as one of Commissioner Gordon's detectives?

@Aqueous: The basilisks never turned anyone to stone that was a main cast member (i.e., not a background character). So... no, Spike isn't stone. ^^;
