Well spoilers. I'm still only on Season 1. I got addicted to (the admittedly awful show) FlashForward instead.

Woo! LOST thread! My absolute favorite show of all time. I discovered this late last year and watched the entire series within a few months. I loved every second of it (except maybe the Bai Ling episode, what the with tattoo backstory and all), even the ending, which I found borderline poetic. I've found many who don't like the ending of LOST are either overly-cynical atheists or the kind of people who use the word "gay" to mean "lame." Or maybe they have a legitimate reason. I'm just sayin', I haven't heard a worthwhile argument for it being a bad ending.
Favorite episodes, anyone? Mine is probably a tie between The Constant and Through the Looking Glass. The latter for being LOST at its best, using all the characters in fun and exciting ways, and the former for being just a brilliant piece of sci-fi.

Wasn't it that they were dead all along in that second timeline and then go to heaven at the end or something?
I saw a few episodes and the finale. I might go back and watch the whole thing at some point.
First of all, SPOILERS, man! We've got people who haven't seen the whole show, in here. Second of all, you're not really correct. You'd have to watch the whole show to really make sense of those episodes you saw
